Gearbox series
HD220:
The Servogear HD220 gearbox is available for H-gear configuration and U-gear configuration. The H-gear configuration can either be as a freestanding gearbox or flanged to the engine via a SAE 1 flange. The gearbox can be supplied with one or two primary driven non-clutchable PTO drives max rated at 2 x 910Nm. Available reduction ratios for the gearbox is. 2,148: 1, 2,609:1, 2,952:1.

HD250:
The Servogear HD250 gearbox is available for H-gear configuration, U-gear configuration, and PTI-gear configuration. The H drive can either be as a freestanding gearbox or flanged to the engine via a SAE 1 flange. The H and U configurated gearbox can be supplied with the possibility to run a primary driven non-clutchable PTO pump rated at max 420Nm. Available reduction ratios for the gearbox is. 2,16: 1, 2,63:1.

HD295:
The Servogear HD295 gearbox is available for H-gear configuration, U-gear configuration and PTI-gear configuration. Special upside-down configuration can be supplied for H-gear configuration and PTI hybrid drive. The upside-down configuration is specially adapted for the SWATH`s. The H-gear configuration can only be as a freestanding gearbox. The gearbox can be supplied with the possibility to run a primary driven non-clutchable PTO pump rated at max 420Nm. Available reduction ratios for the gearbox is. 3,3: 1, 4,2:1.

HD450:
Servogear HD450 gearbox is available as H-gear configuration, U-gear configuration and a PTI-gear configuration. All Servogear gearboxes can be supplied with elastic gearbox suspensions and are type approved by DNV GL. Available reduction ratio for the gearbox is. 5,0: 1

H-gear configuration:
This is the standard configuration and is recommended when available space allows it.

U-gear configuration:
This is the best solution when space is limited.

PTI-gear configuration:
This is the most flexible configuration. Depending on the desired speed and/or if the design of the vessel calls for two small engines instead of one large engine; the propeller can be run optimally on one or two engines. This configuration is ideal for the hull of catamaran vessels.
