M. W. Asheim is a 18m ambulance vessel with variable pitch propellers from Servogear.
“MW Asheim is the least weather-dependent ambulance resource in Finnmark, in northern Norway. The vessel is operating in Loppa, Hasvik and the outer fjords of Alta. When the roads are closed due to bad weather, and when neither aircraft or helicopter can fly, Asheim is the only vessel who can transport acute patients from Alta to Hammerfest.
