Gesa is a combination of a high-speed catamaran and a SWATH, and features an advanced jull design that is the result of extensive model testing and development work. Gesa measures 29.5m in length, with a beam of 9,9 m and a two-mode adjustable draught of 1,5m and 2,2m respectively.
She is powered by win MTU engines, each rated at 900kW and connected to controllable-pitch Servogear propellers and reduction gears.
Gesa is designed by local Norwegian architecture firm Ola Lilloe-Olsen and built by Måløy Verft. The vessel is certified for up to 24 persons.
